    call the number on the decline letter. You can log a complaint with the agents at the Mortgage Processing Centre. It may have been logged as a complaint already - call 0800 282 390 and they can tell you......

    Unfortunately the answer will remain that you signed a declaration that the app fee was non-refundable and therefore the fee will remain so.

    Did the "IFA" do an agreement in principle? Because that should have showed up the credit issues.

    I've got to say that I always advise customers NOT to pay any arrangement/product fees on application because of this sort of situation occurring
