well dont you think the most likely reason for the first one is a simple typo?
2nd one is pretty bad though, unexplainable and no excuses there!0 -
wow, that takes rampant HPI to whole new levels!
If it was just a typo you'd think it would have been corrected by now, they've had over 9 months to spot it :rotfl:0 -
Already spotted it - http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=1490819
(late in in the thread it also points out what they are trying to rent it out for - £6000 a month  ). Not a typo - just an insane owner...

If you had a £1,750,000 house, I'd have thought the furniture would have looked better.
It's all a bit "normal" isn't it?
RM is full of oddball and incompetent EAs updating stuff.0 -
doh.....lets speculate that an agent puts a nice expensive house on the market, should have been 1.7 mill but the silly !!!!!! just puts it on for 700k...he missed the 1 out! Then he changes the price to what it should have been and property bee picks that up.....hmmmm, id say that would be realistic wouldnt you?
That said the house looks ridiculously overpriced and id pay around 400k for it.
Must be gold plated or something.0 -

and the jump from 380 to 750, would that be explained the same way?0 -

If you look at the thread I just linked to, you would see it should be in the region of £300k.... (according to what it's close and virtually identical neighbours have sold for on houseprices.co.uk...)
