Has anyone got a Template please

Hi

Has anyone got a template letter or link to one for creditors to contact me by writing only please. I have looked but could not find as I am a bit wound up as they have just phoned me at work.

Thought I would get some just a bit peed off that the first call I have had from them was at work and was put through to me by a collegue.
