Hi all,
When applying for a new mortgage and being asked for your 'continuing monthly payments' should this include utility bills and current rent payments etc?

I would have thought you should include utility bills (as you'll still have to pay at a similar rate) similarly include:
phone/internet/mobile
food
cinema/eating out/ leisuire
clothing
insurance
petrol/travel/car repairs etc and anything else you would normally spend money on
don't include rent - mortgage will be paid instead of rent.Mortgages Oct 2020: £308,283 Jul 2021 £286,600 October 2022 £253,456 MFW-22 #9 MFIT-T6 #350
