Help Please

Hello. I hope someone can help me. Me and my girlfriend are looking to hopfully get a mortgage this year. The problem is I was in an IVA until the begining of this year because I had to stop paying the IVA about a year ago as I had to move out of my parents house and start renting.The IVA was terminated and was told my creditors would probably petition for my bankruptcy and this isn't the case at the moment. I have started to get letters from two out of five creditors saying I owe them money so I am probably going to have to go down the bankrupt route myself. Does anyone think we will be able to get a mortgage with these debt of mine still not cleared up and if I do go down the bankruptcy route could the house be used against me? My girlfriend doesn't have any debt and has a really good deposit. Also at the time of getting into debt I had no assets and still have none which make me think if I can get a mortgage then they can not use the house to get money from me.Sorry to go on but wanted to try and get as much into this as possible. Please help make sense of my problem.

I do not think you will be able to get a mortgage but good luck anyway.
