    Made me laugh when she said there is a 2 year backlog of people waiting to buy a house and they will all flood the market this spring.

    And I thought I was optimistic.

    My husband works on a large building site in the South East. 400 private houses are going up. On Saturday they sold 16 houses.
    The forest would be very silent if no birds sang except for the birds that sang the best

    :rotfl:, yep, she's right, the Spring Equinox starts on March 20th, so I reckon if I camp outside my local EA on the 18th, I should be first in the queue, with my flask and sleeping bag. God I'm so excited, can't wait to 'bag a bargain'.
