I think hsbc were offering a 2.99% fix for 2 years with low LTV
BUT I THINK YOU SHOULD TAKE THE 4.44% from A&L and overpay ( Allowed £499 a month )
You will be more than a little sick if rates are 8/9% in 2 years
Fees to move to HSBC and more fees to move elsewhere in 2 years waste of money.0 -
hi thanks all at the moment i have £4k in an ISA which i really didnt want to touch, i like the security money of it.
but ive been offered 3.19 fixed for 2 years and 4.44 fixed for 3 years i think the onyl problem now is the fixed fee, and i dont think i will have to pay any leaving charges if i stay with them0 -
update i've had a look at the 3.19 with product fee 2% and 3.69 product fee 0.75% and think i may be going for the 3.69 as this works out cheaper for me0
