Shall I get rid of Barclays account?

currently we pay the £6.50/mth and get added benefits of free CPP/mobile insurance/RAC cover.
however overdraft is £2300 and desperate to get rid of that ALONG WITH £2000 virginmoney credit card.
Which is best to tackle first.
Other than the above two debts we have a loan of £7400 with A&L at 6.9%APR so just considering all of our options.
Any suggestions??

Without knowing the interest rates, I'd probably go for the CC first, for two reasons.
The interest is probably higher on that than the od, second, once cleared, you could wait a month or so and enquire about a promo rate to which you could transfer the od on to and pay no r very little interest.No Longer works for MBNA as of August 2010 - redundancy money will be nice though.
