DWP Interview Questions?

I recently applied for an AO within Job Center+. I passed the Numeracy & Literacy tests and was invited to an interview in early March.
I was wondering if anyone else had already been to an interview and what kind of questions are asked? I hear they are competancy type questions, can anyone give me any examples, so i can go a little bit more prepared?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

All the questions are based on the compentencies.

Mine were along the lines of...

can you tell me about a time you offered customer service?

can you tell me about a time you worked as part of a team/group?

can you tell me about a time you managed a resource (eg time)?

can you tell me about a time you worked towards targets?

Thanks for the quick response, hope your interview went well.
I personally really need a job right now, i seem to have more money going out than coming in, im sure something will come along soon.... positive thinking and all that.

I hope it went well too!!! Really need a job!!!
I've been invited for another AO post interview (in a different area) at the beginning of March so at least time time I'll have a better idea of what to expect.

I too applied for another AO position and have another interview.
I was invited to sit the test, but i passed that already last week for the first job i went for, so i called them up this morning and they said to just come along and bring proof of me passing the test already and i wont have to re-sit it again.
It on a Sunday strangley.

You should have been given the competencies that they will be asking about. Make sure you answer fully otherwise they will keep asking for more information.
