  • We had one of ours broken a few years back and we informed the police. They gave up a reference number which we gave to our insurance company and they sorted the window for us. And no, our premiums didn't go up. I'm sorry but I can't remember the company that did the repairs other than that I think they were based in Lisburn.

All I can say is don't use Fairco McIlhagga (if they are still around). We had an absolute nightmare with them. I've read good reports about Woburn somewhere on this Forum.

Jenny was it Homeserve? I had windows broken in a burglary a couple of years ago and they replaced them. Did a good job and when I can afford to do the rest I'll definitely get a quote from them.
  • The name doesn't sound familiar. It was few years ago and my memory isn't the best, sorry!

  • Mine was broken last year and I put it through the insurance (premiums didn't go up as a result) and they arranged Homeserve to come and fix it. Great job and friendly blokes.
