3 days temp work will I have to make a fresh JSA claim ?

Hi - I am signed on with a couple of agencies and have 3 days work next week - probably totally 21 hrs work - I want to do this work but will it mean that I have to start my claim fresh again ? as I read something about working over 16 hours - I know I have to tell them either way but the thought of having to go through weeks again without any money is so off putting
I only signed on a month ago and haven't even had any payment as yet from them they said last week another week !

  • no, i think they'll put you onto rapid reclaim- i worked for a month, signed off, then they just ask you why the job ended, you say, and they pick your claim up from where it left off. Do make sure you send the sign off form in asap though, else they will delay your payment.
