Job seekers allowance and living with partner

My son has been made redundant but still lives at home, he is 22, can he claim job seekers allowance, or will it be assumed I will support him.

yea, i claim JSA and my mother is unaffected.... they ask who you live with at the interview just to check things out.0

Is your heading about living with a partner or living with a parent?
Is he living with a partner in your home?0 -
If he's been working for the last few years and so has made enough NI contributions, then he'll be entitled to contribution-based JSA for the first six months and his circumstances won't come into it...0
