On an interest only together mortgage. House value approx £78. Mort £70 and unsecured loan £6K. Int only and pay £500 which is an overpayment of £180 as per current SRV. Is this the best course of action? Ideally I'd like a repayment so the capital comes down? Also the OverPayment is being dedcuted from unsecured part - is this the best course of action?
