CCA Capital One

I took out a credit card with captial one last November. Received the following letter on Friday from them.

'Please find enclosed a copy of the financial details of your Credit Card Agreement which were applicable when you opened your Capital One Account. We have sent these as the original copy which came with your credit card contained a printing error.'

Now, I'm a bit confused here, doesn't this mean that the CCA they have sent me is a new one, so this in effect voids the agreement meaning that any balance I have on the credit card is void??????

They are being very sneaky saying its a printing error but effectively isn't this a change to the CCA.

Any help appreciated
