Can you advise me can I buy a commercial property (ie pub) with my pension fund and convert it to holdiay lets

Yes, although you will probably have to have a SIPP rather than a personal pension. The profits have to go back into the pension though.0

I suspect this might not be allowed, as falling under residential rather than commercial property.Trying to keep it simple...
