Ok... So not sure whether this is normal but recieved my e-mail saying I was a winner on the 13th Feb, checked the website and there was my name and they said their PR Company would be contacting me. Still not heard anything 10 days later...

Is this normal?

I would find the contact details of the PR company and send an email to check. I've had a couple of wins where they have taken a while to get back in touch so I've sent a courteous email to "prod" them into action and they have always got back to me quickly.

Did you have to enter address details at time of entering? If so it may be that they will just send out the prize, this happened to me with an ITV cash win. I got a call to tell me I'd won and asked for my address details and then told I would get another to call to confirm details, but there was no other call and then a cheque arrived. Hope its a good prize :d

I entered via e-mail so they do have all my details. Not sure a 6 month supply of special K will fit through my letter box though! I think I'll leave it until the end of the week and e-mail the lady. I don't want to seem too pushy!
