I would like to sell some Silver items (not jewellery). Some are hallmarked and some are not. They vary from shoe horns to spoons and were a few items my dad left me when he died a few years back. Any suggestions where I can sell them for the best price? Anywhere online? Maybe eBay? Thanks! :beer:

If I were you I would take them to a local auctioneers, if there is one where you live.
if not, try a local antiques market and get a few quotes. Don't expect to get a fortune though as silver prices are down. You may well only be quoted scrap value in any case, unless the items are nice and saleable.
Hope this helps!Blagged: free samples of handwash from Molton Brown; booklet of walks from Brecon Carreg;

It's a shame silver prices are down as gold prices have risen so much in recent times!0

Has anyone tried eBay for silver items? Or any of those online scrap silver purchasing websites?...0
