I am declaring an NSD for today, I have had no personal spends at all and 1 small business spend which will be claimed back as expenses - this was a planned spend.

Have had 5 days in hospital for some treatment - not planned! but on the good side it has given me 4 NSD's and an NSD for today too so now I am at 18/19 - just 1 to get!

1 more day but I am feeling a bit of a failure as I know I can't hit my target this month. Still every little helps and doing this does help.
