Managed another NSD today, not much shopping in so two chicken breasts, some limp celery, half a yellow pepper, onions and potates all chopped up and cooked in tin of chopped tomatoes with salt and red pepper and served with rice. Stretched really well and was very tasty. Problem is I have to spend tomorrow but at least I am doing a bit better this week.
Forgot to mention, dinner for four adults so I was worried about sharing out two chicken breasts.Sell £1500

One more to go for my target :jHave to admit I was getting a bit twitchy there, wondering if I'd set my bar too high...must have a looksie at the calendar & ponder on April's total
It's a definite spend today; Iggie's new food bowl* should be in the shop so I'll pick up other bits too while I'm spending. I must say that this Challenge is really making question everything to see if it is a true need as opposed to a want, whereas the 'I've spent x today' ones don't actually make me think first & fess up later.
I'm recording every physical spend [but not dds etc] so I'll see where the cash does go, then work on what I can do to trim the sails a bit more.
Thanks Guys, for helping me get through this. x
ets..other one completely broke in two, so a justifiable spend.
