I have been rather busy recently to catch up on postings but I have managed 11 NSD so far - had to buy milk today but nothing else. I am amazed at how easy this has been to get into the mindset of thinking 'do I actually need ....?'

Congrats to all who are trying and suceeding with their targets, and to those who are struggling - you will be able to achieve if you don't try to aim too high too soon.

Hello everybody,

Thursday is my grocery shopping day so I know today is definatley not going to be a nsd, hopefully I've organised myself and have a complete shopping list to see me through to next Thursday, fingers crossed.

MY NSDs so far 6, it's going to be close this month.
