Help in replying to Credit Cards

I am trying to agree a brief period of token payments with my Credit Card Companies having been advised to do this by CCCS. Some have seemed helpful on the telephone but have sent me what appear to be Default Notices asking for full repayment and some are asking for a full list of my Creditors including all amounts owing although I have sent them a statement of affairs that was drawn up during my CCCS interview. Are they entitled to have this additional information.
I am finding it a bit confusing also in that I have had correspondence from different departments in the same Company, I guess that some of it it automatically generated.
Also is it all right to do this while trying to keep my trading Bank account running as normal (I don't want to panic my account manager) having cancelled all the Direct Debits so that I can try and pay them manually until some money starts to come in again.
Basically I am in this situation because my work (self employed) has produced about 60% less income in the last 9 months and although I have just managed to keep all the payments up to date until December I have reached the bottom of the barrel.
Having said that I have recently picked up a decent amount of new work that will pay the bills again in a few months time so I just need some breathing space until that happens.
Sorry for the long post.

Hi sarilip
It isn't so much whether they are 'entitled to' the info, but they are more likely to accept a 'payment plan' if they can see that they are being treated fairly along with all the other creditors.
My understanding is that the accounts will default as you have effectively defaulted on the original agreement, but someone else will be able to clarify.
Not too sure about your trading bank account, did you speak to the self employed team at CCCS????£34,547 (Dec 07); Current debt: £zilch (Debt free December 2010)

Hi Poorandindenial
Thanks for your reply, I had a long interview with the Self employed team at CCCS and I am trying to follow the advice they gave.
My Self employment is my only income and I have to try and continue trading so that eventually I will be able to clear all of my debts. I am always hopeful that I will generate enough work to do that and although it is looking better than it has for most of last year it will still take at least 3 months before I can see a reasonable income again. I am trying to buy some time until that happens and the Bank will not help and I don't want to make them nervous because they might make it impossible for me to trade. So I am playing my cards close to my chest as it were and prioritising my debts by controlling them myself.0 -
Thanks check-my-debt I have done that and am now in the negotiating stage with the CC's in an effort to buy a bit of time. I will try to speak to my CCCS Councillor tomorrow to see where I should go from here. Cheers.0
