For starters most anti-aging products work over a period of time, you don't expect to lose 3sts a week after starting a diet so why expect a miracle from an anti-wrinkle cream.

OP, could you agree to a partial refund as a goodwill gesture, whilst telling your buyer to contact the company to complain.
So what part of the 1034 and counting posts on the Boots Grabbit thread explicitly says that they will refund on anti wrinkle cream??
