Hi me and my girl want to get married in Lewes she's originally from Hastings, i'm a Essex boy, we don't want a church wedding are there any nice places that are reasonable and not to expensive in Lewes , barns , lodges etc

lewes castle? or check out the lwes council website - lots of lovely places - i love lewes. im getting married in battle though

My friend got married at Lewes registry office.

Haven't you considered getting married at the Hastings Museum and Art gallery? We married there in 2007 in the Durbar hall - it was fabulous and inexpensive to hire when you compare to other venues and they have a lovely green outside for photographs too (cheaper than Lewes for sure).
