I went back and reported all his other abusive posts aswell, regarding sim cards and stuff, he was calling people all sorts of names!
They have all been removed as per the forum team.

I'm having trouble downloading the voucher. I joined up as a VIP as per instructions, but every time I click on download, I keep getting a blank page with a big notice saying 'you have to be a VIP to download the voucher'.Grr!
I'm definitely logged in, in fact I don't seem to be able to log out, and there is no login link that I can see. I'm stumped!
