does the fsa have any teeth

does the fsa have any teeth. have put in a complaint about london mortgage co because the wanted to repossess my home the court came out on my side and they said i had to pay £850 and that was all which is hard enough as it is.
but the the lm co are adding arrears fees on top every month. so i put in a complaint to the fsa and 3 weeks later my mortgage co have just said well.
it is the conditions of your mortgage surely the court over rides this ?
what could the fsa do if they could to help me ?
any help gratefully received

    Which is fine.

However, the court didnt tell the lender to stop adding arrears fees. So, they can do this.
so i put in a complaint to the fsa and 3 weeks later my mortgage co have just said well.

The FSA dont handle consumer complaints so complaining to them is pointless. the lender is correct in that it is in their terms and conditions and the courts havent prevented them from doing it and the FSA has no grounds to stop them.

Nothing. Helping your breach your contract isnt something the FSA is there for.
