I have actually posted this q before, but I'm a newbie and couldn't find my post, so apologies for duplication!
My ex and I have finally got round to sorting out the pension question. I am entitled to approx £40 000 from his pension. My local govm't pension fund wont allow me to transfer the money there, and apparently I cannot stay in his fund. Any thoughts on what I should do? I have no idea! I am 39 yrs old, and don;t have much of my own pension.
thanks!
