it is for this place i am looking at..

Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.

You'll need to read the details of how the tie specifically acts on this property.
It is likely to be something along the lines of the primary occupation of the purchaser must be in agriculture, but there are various deviations from this, eg you can be retired from agriculture, the tie might extend to equestrianism etc etc0 -
