Don't want to sound like an expert, because i'm not. I don't think a scan would do itself justice should you get one. The glory of canvas prints, I have found, is that they look clearer at a distance (a bit like a LCD TV, if you like) so it's not like looking at a 6x4 photo. The box frame finishes it off (ref.pound shop suggestion)
  • Got mine yesterday. Quite pleased with the result and it was a b/w photo from 1947 which I scanned in as a grayscale picture.

    Well worth £2.90 IMO

    Cheers OP

  • Mine has a noticable smudge on it that wasn't in the original photo, do you think I can ask for another one or not as it was free??

I haven't received mine yet!! I hoped it would come today but my postie has just been.

I ordered it on the day this thread was posted and I've just checked my credit card online and the £2.90 was charged on 22nd February.

Has everyone who ordered way back then received theirs now?

got mine and am happy with it. Now, what do I do with it? Can I put it in a normal picture frame or do I need special type?
