HELP - DO I need to move my mortgage

I have a £26,000 mortgage £13000 payback and £13000 interest only (Endowment) my property is worth £90-100,000 and my mortgage has 7 years to go.

my monthly payments at present are £228.90

    What advice are you actually after? All you're done is state how much of a mortgage you have, the term, and your property value.
  • I think we can assume that the question is:-

    Is it possible that I could, all things considered, get a better mortgage.

    I do not think there are many mortgages around for £26k.

    Perhaps you should overpay as much as you can and clear it sooner.

    Then leave the endowment running to pay out for a rainy day

    Speak to your existing lender.
