What advice are you actually after? All you're done is state how much of a mortgage you have, the term, and your property value.0

I think we can assume that the question is:-
Is it possible that I could, all things considered, get a better mortgage................................I have put my clock back....... Kcolc ym0 -
I do not think there are many mortgages around for £26k.
Perhaps you should overpay as much as you can and clear it sooner.
Then leave the endowment running to pay out for a rainy day
