Im afraid there is not definate way to tell,its just in my experience I usually have to take the next size up.Fly boots tend to be a snug fit.
Dont worry as if they are too small you can return them to Amazon.
I had to do that the first time I ordered fly boots .

I think it depeds on the person tbh.
I've got 2 pairs of Fly boots and they both fit fine.

Ordered my usual size 7 boots in the Bocca style, been despatched so hopefully will come today. Just hope they fit, they look lovely.

My boots arrived today and they fit fine, a tiny bit tight on the calf but the leather is so soft it will stretch. Thanks so much OP, this was a great find. Now I'm really tempted to get another pair....
