Hope someone can help. I have to hand in last 5 weeks wage slips to the council but some of them have overtime and bonuses on them but not all of them how does it get calculated for example say 3out of 5 of them have overtime and bonuses on them but the next 5 weeks wages is just basic do I have to go to the office everytime this happens to get things recalulated. Hope you understand what I am trying to say. Thanks

I take it you mean with regards to benefits?

Usually they work out an average of 5 weeks wages and input them for the period that they cover.

If your income has gone down again to basic again I would definately produce your wageslips, you don't want to loose out on any entitlement. Remember though, you have to supply evidence of any changes within one calendar month of the date of change.

Def get those lower wages down every penny helps!
