You could perhaps try contacting some of your local charity fundraising groups, particularly Rotary, Round Table, Lions etc.
Some of the ones in our local area have their own equipment, chips etc. and as well as holding regular charity casino nights within the local Rotary network we were told that they would come and put the whole event on for us for a suitable donation. Thus you could have the option of getting it slightly cheaper and the money going to charity.
Our organisation are friends with a group who some tables (roulette etc.) and we hired the chips off the Rotary club for a small fee and ran it ourselves.
There are obviously private companies who will come and arrange it - check yellow pages, internet etc. But these will be at the higher end of the market.
I am in Lincolnshire so a fair way from Kent I'm afraid (otherwise we'd offer to come and arrange the tables/croupier it for you - always looking for ways to make money for charity!)
But I hope this information might give you some ideas.0 -
One of the companies I worked for did the same thing at a christmas party one year, invited loads of customers and turned it into a charity night and we the employees propped up the bar for the evening as the boss was picking up the bill. He only did it once LOL.
There are loads of suppliers but I dont think it was cheap as your also paying for the croupier to run the game but it is well worth getting the pros in to run them.0
