There is a surplus of 20 million Easter eggs this year due to the sad fact the stock that was due for Woolworths was too late to be cancelled !

Hi,
Just to let you know that they had Cadburys Creme Egg easter eggs: two creme eggs and a large chocolate egg, in store this week for buy one get one free, priced £1.99. Kids had one each as cheaper than bars of chocolate. Also had some others but not sure which. Hope this helps!

sainsburys £1 for the usual small one.

Was in Sainsburys, its not the wee ones that are £1 but the medium ones, i.e. cremem egg one has the chocolate egg then 2 creme eggs with it. They are half price from £2 and they had kitkat, smarties, flake, dairy milk, mini eggs and creme egg aswell as a few others i think.

Brought some from Sainsburys at £1 each - Cadburys mini eggs (contain a small bag of mini eggs), Kit Kat (contain kit kat bar(s)), Smarties (contain smarties), Creme Egg (contain 2 creme eggs) and a few others.

Dead cheap for what they are...may have to go and get a couple more to replace the creme egg & mini egg ones we all ate at the weekend. Suppose this is what htye hope you will do with buying them so early

Just wondering if anyone else knows of any offers at the moment? I haven't managed to get to stores to have a look with starting a new job.

Do they reduce the eggs closer to Easter? Thinking about hanging on until after work Thursday.

I think Sainsburys have the Cadburys medium eggs at £1, at least they did on Saturday.

Most places reduce the prices just after easter, but it's crazy seeing everything so cheap beforehand! I've purchased lots from Sainsburys, 2 for £2 on creme egg, flake, mini eggs etc etc
