Leaving your allegations and opinion to the side for a moment, what can you evidence and can you be reliant on any witnesses?

I have evidence in terms of emails re the proposed trip, charts with results of me and others showing my performance was good, witness for the blanking at the party - copies of letter inviting me to a meeting, the minutes etc along with the handbook that demonstrate breaches of the three step procedure and their own rules, i have an email from one of theh directors accepting she explained to the rest of the team that i did not 'fit' with the team when explaining to them my departure the day i left. i have plennty of proof. in fact, i have over 25 documents / emails that i remotely forwarded from my work email account the day i was sacked that support my claim.

Go see a solicitor with your evidence, let someone who is legal look at it all and give you a unbiased opinion.
