My GF would like some a particular set of hair straighteners for her birthday and they are £29.99 on this site Amazon has them for £48. But I've never heard of it does anybody have any experience of the site or is there a way of checking they are legit.

My mum bought a shaver from them 12 days ago, which hasn't turned up. We sent an email querying the delay, since it said it was coming by first class mail, and the response was in block capitals... SORRY FOR DELAY, ITEM WILL BE WITH YOU IN A FEW DAYS. We've heard nothing else from them, and no item. That was a week ago. They have a Facebook page, and a physical address it seems, so I'm going to try to get the number.
