funeral cards

pleasemove if in wrong place. i have seen some cards, they look like business cards, its a picture of the person who passed away and has a little verse at the side of it and you keep in purse or wallet. well i was thinking of making one for my dad who passed away and was looking for a small verse,does anyone know where to find one

I recently had to do the same sad task for my young nephew. I chose to make an actually card with a simple design on the front, a photograph on the inside cover and wording opposite. I decided that unless I got them laminated, the small cards would get damaged easily and I didn't have the time to find someone to laminate for me.

Also, forgot to say. Take a look on ebay because there are quite a few good examples on there.

You could create one of these cards yourself in Word and then get your local copy shop to print both sides and encapsulate in a business card sized pouch to protect it. They would also be able to do this if you only supplied the text and image albeit for an artwork and production charge.
