Renting in Bristol recommendations?

Hi all
I am looking to rent a bigger (2 bed) place in Bristol with my partner. I was wondering if anyone had estate agents that they would recommend or suggest avoiding. We are also looking at gumtree and the local paper, any other suggestions for sources of decent landlords would be great too. We are looking for the central or Windmill Hill/ Totterdown area.
