hi all
just a little question have used the template on here to request hsbc everything they have on me concerning my credit card.tenner with it .2weeks later a letter from them with bank charges. they also said if you have sent a cheque.this will be distroyed.but i am not asking for bank charges.sent the same template again with another cheque this as not been cashed this was 4weeks ago.aint got a clue whats going on.any ideas
