Useful list of Creditor's In House Collection Agencies

Reading here the last few days, I haven't found anywhere or any posts (apologies if I haven't searched for hours through zillions of threads but no one has that kind of time do they) but from a lot of posts many don't know the difference between a genuine DCA and one that declares itself as one and trades under a different name when it is in fact a creditor's collection/arrears dept. I think it's vitally important for people to know this because they do not always make it clear who they are eg tiny writing on the bottom, even anyone with 20/20 vision would struggle to read where the address is.
Anyway.
Here's a list of a few in-house collections agencies. Please feel free to add to it because it's important I think people are aware of what these companies actually are and not a third party DCA:
Barclaycard = Mercers/also trade as Calder Financial Ltd, but do not make it clear in the body of their letters they ARE Barclaycard, instead rely on you noticing the tiny address at the bottom.
Capital One - Debitas
Littlewoods/Shop Direct Financial Services (which covers a good deal of catalogues as they are the largest in the UK) - Nationwide Debt Recovery
In each instant I provide above it is maintained in the letters that they are a DCA when, in fact, they are not. I make that point because it's using unfair means to make debtors think they are a DCA.
This list is here to benefit anyone who gets letters from these people because you ARE dealing with the creditor in each instance of these names above and NOT a third party eg proper DCA.
If anyone has any names to add please do so.

Any help, opinions, views I may hold those are my own. Respect them as you would expect the same in return. Offered freely, is gleaned from a lifetime of experiences, knowledge gaining. Passed on to benefit others. I may be direct, ask you questions but those are to help you. Up to you if you choose to take it. I won't judge you either way.

Thanks, Fermi. Still getting used to the layout of MSE. My apologies.
Edit - but like me, who is new to MSE, it helps anyone because they won't know where to look. Especially if they don't know about it. Hope that made sense, then.Any help, opinions, views I may hold those are my own. Respect them as you would expect the same in return. Don't apologise.
I meant scattered on some lists on other sites actually.
MSE is very limited in the room to put up stickies etc.... so it's often a problem to find things.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Okay, it's a Saturday afternoon ... your brain tends to get 'scattered' as it's free time.
Hope that made sense, too. I find that, though, with the debt template letters. They are on Consumerwiki (most of them) but sometimes they don't 'leap' out at you. I lost all mine due to a PC crash, so have to look for them. I'll shut up now. lol Any help, opinions, views I may hold those are my own. Respect them as you would expect the same in return. Guys IF you receive a letter from an internal debt collector report it to the OFT as if they are not stating they are the company when they are they are breaching trading standards and OFT guidelines. They may or may not be committing a Torte or Civil Fraud but i have yet to confirm this.0
