Just had mine suction is good it will do for what I wanted it for

Me and my family have had several offers from bissell over the last year but this one is not good.
It has no where near the suction of their other machines and i think its flawed.
You see... most bagless cyclone machines have a cylinder, well this is the wrong shape for the cyclone to work. The centre filter/cylinder is horizontal so the crap doesn't fall off it and gets blocked. I'm gonna ask for my money back!

UPDATE... They called me today, said sorry about how bad the machine is and gave me a refund without further discussion. They told me that they would not be collecting it back from me either.

I bought this for my daughter and at first she said it was great but then it started blocking, also emptying it was a pain and not easy to get all the dirt out. Ill maybe give them a call
