i dont have sky... is there some way non sky customers can get this offer?

I don't have sky any more but got tickets last time. just register and when it asks for your sky details there is an option to click on something like 'I don't have the details right now' and it lets you complete the registration.

I was naughty last time and registered 2 email addresses so 4 of us could go! But the cinema wasn't even full so didn't feel so bad after we got there. the film started early though, so get there at the earlier time stated just in case!

I don't really think so, the friend I went with does have a Sky subscription but couldn't register herself, we took our daughters for a girly night out.

We spent money at the cinema on drinks and popcorn. The cinema wasn't full and it was shown in a smaller screen - there were definitely more empty seats than tickets left when I booked so some people must have booked and then not bothered to turn up.

So yes, I am guilty of booking 2 pairs of tickets using a loophole on the Sky website, looking at the previous thread I am not the only one to have used that loophole - and at least we actually used them!
  • Went to see this tonight courtesy of STV film club. Really enjoyed it and if there was a cinema on the Skyperks offer near me I'd go and see it again.:D
  • If you've read the book you will know what to expect. Take plenty of tissues!!! My son saw the film in Canada and said he was expecting a comedy!! He rated it as the saddest film he has ever seen. Not a dry eye to be had in the cinema he was in. Sob Sob

I read the book and loved it but hate Owen Wilson (his voice just grates on me!) so don't know how much I'll enjoy the movie. Mind you Sky seem to have forgotten they have customers in Northern Ireland! Dublin is over 100 miles away!
