    Is this the infamous, "We dont have to tell you when we are insolvent" legislation?

    This regulation has got to be a step in the right direction has it not? Yes the horse has bolted and it isn't coming back but at least something is being done to repair the situation. We will be a long time recovering from the economic crisis and there isn't a quick fix. IMHO.

    quite right all these greedy bankers with these really really complex derviatives of derivatives that dont even exist noone understands and their billion pound bonuses stealing from the poor!!!!!!!
    AND THEY MADE ME BORROW £17K ON A GE STORE CARD AT 29.9% TO BUY A POVERTY SPEC 3 SERIES AND NOW THEY WANT ME TO PAY IT BACK BUT I DON'T HAVE ANY MONEY :EEK:
