I have submitted a comment, just wait and see if I get paid. It does feel very like the start of WritersShare, nothing ventured nothing gained.

I wondered where they got my email address and could only think of Writers:Share.

Please be careful people, this could be a scam that offers payment by Paypal so that they can gain your Paypal Details and / or Email Address and they will no doubt ask you for your password. Bearing in mind most people use the same passwords on everything you could be giving a scammer access to your paypal account which possibly also show your bank details etc etc.

As with anything on the internet treat it with caution. As other posters have stated the grammer is bad, this is often a sign of a scammer

I appreciate what you're saying but they have only asked for your paypal email address - not a password. Let's face it, survey companies or cashback sites ask for that too if they pay by PayPal.

It is very much like when Writers:Share started and it was ok while it lasted.

I think (s)he is warning people who use one password for everything. If they use the same password for maketrace as the paypal account, they will be telling maketrace their Paypal password. If they are scammers, that will give them access to the Paypal account.

Have received email this morning, article selected. Will see how it goes.

No personal information is requested, only Paypal email address. I definitely won't give any other details, but thanks for warnings. There are many scams out there.
  • Have received an email too, and then an approval email. I will be paid at the end of the month.
Congratulations ! One of your items has been approved. We have added $2.90 on the total amount due relative to your Paypal address.

You will be paid at the end of the current month.

looks like another writersshare place, itll get popular and then end up having to close down because they cant afford it.

It is slightly different to writersshare. WS promised to pay for all articles that met their standard. Then it got posted in here and they got swamped with articles that met their standard and they couldn't afford to pay for them.

MakeTrace promise to pay for the best articles, but don't give any details about what is best. I think it means they will only pay for the ones they can afford to, and reject the rest. If they can afford to pay for 100 per month then only 100 articles per month will be "the best".

I think, as the site gets more popular the number of articles being rejected will grow and people will give up as they will have to write 10 or 20 articles just to get one accepted. Then as people give up the percentage of articles being accepted per individual will go up again. So those who stick with it will gain.
