Tesco referred us to Incasso [we have been on a dmp for 2 years with cccs], Incasso then wanted more money from us , we then received court papers from Northampton . A ccj was set at a massive 354 per month 200 a month more, we have since asked for this to be looked at and have heard from our local court that a redetermination is set for middle of march. We do owe a lot of money to our creditors but pay every month to cccs 547, that is equally paid out. Let us know how you get on.0
