  • i think your next move must be to fill out a SOA to give us the full picture.

also are you sure with this amount of debt its the right time to think about moving out and spending more??

but SOA will be the next step forward to get some good advice

  • well this being the case i dont think there is much advice i can give at this point in time until you know your spending.
other than to say why not try some of the ideas on the boards, grocery challenge, old style cooking, sealed pot, NSD, make £10 a day, doing clicks, cashback, free scratches etc.

stick to your limits, dont spend a fortune on furnishing this new place and bankrupt yourself.

like i say theres not much i can say without knowing incomings and outgoings.

    good luck though

As others have said, an SOA is essential if you want any help. Guesstimate what you think the bills will be if you don't actually know, people on here will soon put you straight on what you should be paying and then you can amend it.

£53K is an awful lot though if only one of you is working. If you have managed to rack that up whilst paying no rent/bills then surely it can only get worse when you do have to pay these things? Have you spoken to one of the debt charities or even completed the online debt remedy on the CCCS website?
