of course you are going to have arrears, if you had an assessment to pay some amount of money each week yet you can see nothing is coming out of your wages then i cant understand what the shock is that you have arrears.
it doesnt matter if its the csa, your gas bill or the council tax, the fact is you had an amount to pay each week and it wasnt paid = arrears

the protected earning level is given to your employer to ensure they do not take more than amount. if they cant take anything because of that level then its doen to you to pay the money by another method, or at least contact the CSA if you feel there is something wrong with the details they hold of your earnings.

im not siding with the CSA but you were clearly non compliant in the first place hence the reason they put the earnings order on in the first place, its not there fault the protected earnings breached.
then are you saying i should have gone out and got a second job if you read earlier into my post you would have seen i had joint care of my childeran if you have no money to pay be it council tax or anything like that i thought you get it paid for you i know of a lot of people that get reduced or no payments so i dont know were you are going with that one:mad:

Like the others say, this is a blatant lie. This is a government organisation deliberately and with malice, being untruthful.

And to think, some idiot dared to take me to task for calling them the gestapo.

Wake up people, this organisation is pretty much the most corrupt government department anywhere in the world since the real gestapo so why should I not liken the two? (Can anyone who chooses to take issue with that statement please provide a better candidate.)

No one should ever, under any circumstances, believe a single word they say, they are simply unable to tell the truth about anything. This is why everyone should always demand to deal with them in writing only, so their lies can be nailed, compensation can be paid and (with a bit of luck) sackings can ensue.

If your wages didn't decrease, I can't understand why they couldn't collect via a DEO as you will have been assessed to ensure that you had your protected income but paid whatever your assessment was - something is wrong. Do you have a copy of the assessment and then your wageslips per chance? Can you PM the details?

As for being non-compliant, this is not the case - the reason that the NRP didn't pay is because by doing so would have left him below the protected income level! That doesn't make him non-compliant, but being left with less than they say he should have been left with on which to live.
