CCJ Mortgages?

Hi there, i'm 20, and have recently onl,y become aware of a ccj i had against my name for £800 i paid it off in full as soon as i was aware of it.

I have been offered to buy the flat me and my fiance are renting at a price tbh, too good to refuse, but now, i cannot get a mortgage due to the ccj? i have applied for the certificate of satisfaction, but am yet to receive it.

I have been told i can get a 75% mortgage but i need to find a £36000 deposit!

Is there any advice/lender you can recommend?

There is no point even thinking about buying at the moment if you haven't got a deposit, especially with a CCJ.

we have a £12,000 deposit.

Apologies, you said in your original post that you needed £36K so I assumed you didn't have one.

You would struggle in this present time to get a mortgage with adverse history. Gone are the days of unlimited adverse, CCJ, satisfied or not, ignore all default etc like the GMAC, KENSINGTON, PREFERRED
