DFW DMP going off the rails!

New to DFW . IN serious crisis and dont know what to do

Fell into Financail difficulty in Novemebr 2007
2 large loans, three credit cards , 2 overdarfts , 2 store cards

Was recomended a compnay called Payplan by work colleague

Went to them and set up Debt management plan starting in jan 08
Lots of problems and harrassment at first from creditor but all settled down
Paid payplan by standing order each month on 21st however noticed they seemed to be paying my creditors around 29/30 of each month some month not till the 4th of the following month and some creditors started charging late payments

Financial review completed in december for 1st year and noticed they had been paying over £75 more to Northern rock that should have been paid ,
they suggested I shoul;d pay NR myself as no arreas
continued with payments to payplan , however over christmas they again made very late payments to all my creditors even thou I paid them on 21st December

RBS have now charged late payment and started to charge full intrest on account that they were not doing, they say this is becuase my payment from payplan is more than contractually needed so they dont believe im in financial difficulties , state they havent got new financial review

nationwide have now informed me they have also not recived new financail statment and have issued default notice on my loan

Spoke to Payplan who assure me statements has been sent out

I am now at crisis point , dont know who to believe or what to do

should I stop paying payplan and go it alone

has anyone else had these problems

BIG HELP / ADVICE NEEDED

they have been doing that with me. My payment goes out on 21st (pay day) but it takes a few days to get to payplan/creditors etc.

This December payments went through fine but the Dec before I payed my creditors effectively twice in Jan and not in the previous Dec.

Been with them since March 2006 and it took ages for my creditor to settle down and some even started charging again.

I am over the min payments on most of my credit cards but everyone seems find to carry on.

TSB actually state on my credit report a lower monthly payment then they are being sent (£20) and the decreases are never the same each month. They I think are still charging me.
    Lately it's been - increase £61, decrease £96, decrease £56, decrease £173, increase £57
  • personally I find going it alone easier but you need to be diciplined to ensure payments continue as per agreed.

Whatever you decide, I hope all goes well over next couple of months!
