Wot no good SVR deals for remortgage

I don't want a fix or a tracker or any mortgage that comes with a hefty fee. I would like one of good svr deals that seem to be only available to existing customers, C&G, Nationwide to name a few.
I am currently with the Chorley but their svr is too high and would like to keep my options open regarding a 4% 5yr fix if they ever come along. Then the sky high fees won't seem so bad. I hate feeling ripped off.
Are there any good svr deals out there that I can apply for?

Thanks for your time

Mick
