Hello everyone,
I thought i would help you on your quest to lose weight.
Over the past 10/11 months i have been cutting down and have managed to lose nearly 5 stone (got 4lbs to go...!). anyway the way i have done it is to not deprive myself of anything. Basically i have a proper breakfast (museli, porridge, fresh fruit), i snack on fruit throughout the day, for lunch i have a salad or leftovers from the night before and for dinner i have whatever i want - generally chicken/fish with veggies & potatoes.
I have become a bit of a wiz with the slow cooker and this is great for cheaper cuts of meat and old vegetables. I would definately recommend it.
On top of the food you need to exercise too and this has been my indulgence as i joined virgin active, but you can easily do it all for free.
Im sorry if ive gone off at a tangent, but i really hope this helps someone as its certainly working for me.0 -
